DIAMOnD

DIAMOnD is a module detection algorithm which finds modules via nodes with connectivity significance.

DIAMOnD takes in a few parameters:

n: int (required), The desired number of DIAMOnD genes to add.
alpha: int = 1, the weight of the seeds.
